The brochure features a short manifesto, a list of the newspaper's sections, and a list of contributors, including Hayim Nahman Bialik, Mendele Mocher Sforim, I.L. Peretz, Joseph Klausner, and others. A text in Russian and a censorship authorization (dated 1902) on last leaf.
