Copy owned by R. Yosef Ashkenazi, rabbi of Zlotchov, uncle and cousin of Rebbe Yoel of Satmar; owned by his son R. Baruch Ashkenazi of Tiberias and Safed (d. ca. 1930); and by his grandson R. Shraga Feivish Ashkenazi of Safed and Satmar (perished in the Holocaust, 1944), who served as close attendant of Rebbe Yoel of Satmar for 27 years, during his tenures as rabbi of Orsheva, Karoly and Satmar.
Many ownership inscriptions and stamps from several generations of the Ashkenazi family.
40 leaves. 21 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains and wear. Tear to endpaper, repaired with paper and tape. Minor wear. Minor worming. Stamps, signatures and handwritten inscriptions. New leather binding.
