Rabbi Avraham Moshe of Lissa, son-in-law of Rabbi Akiva Eiger, a brilliant Ga'on. Responsum to and from him were printed in Rabbi Akiva Eiger's Responsum. Served as rebbe of Pila until his death at young age in 1812.
[His widow Surel remarried the Chatam Sofer and was the mother of the "K'tav Sofer" . Rabbi Avraham Moshe had an only daughter who married Rabbi Yosef Guns-Shlezinger (nephew of her grandfather Rabbi Akiva Eiger), founder of Shlezinger Book Shop in Vienna, who published his step-father-in-law's responsum.
His father Rabbi Yehudah Leib Kalisher of Lissa, a leading rabbi in his generation. During the time of hs rabbinate in Lissa, he wrote "Chavat Da'at" and "Netivot Ha-Mishpat". In 1820 he published his book "Yad Ha-Chazakah" where he included his son's novellae. Died in 1812.

At the top of the title-page: ownership inscription by Rabbi Moshe Perels, Av-Beit-Din of Bonehad. Signature of his son Rabbi Meir Perels Av-Beit-Din Karaly. An additional signature (cropped) after page 260 (60). Ink-stamps of Rabbi Chizkiyahu Yoseph Mishkovsky, Rabbi of Krinik and his son Rabbi Eliyahu Eliezer Mishkovsky, Rabbi of Kfar Chassidim.
The Ga'on Rabbi Yitzchak Moshe Perels (1784-1854) was the author of "Bayit Ne'eman". He was the disciple of Rabbi Meshulam Igra and Rabbi Yoseph of Posen. He was the Rabbi of Bonehad (Hungary), which he left in his last year when the winds of the Reform movement started to blow. The Ktav Sofer eulogized him:
"The famous righteous ga'on Rabbi Moshe Perels Av-Beit-Din in Bonehad. We have lost a beautiful gem. He had mastered all of Shas and Poskim, learned in depth, was a true tzaddik, he stood fast against insurgence, he brought merit to many people and raised up numerous disciples." ("Ktav Sofer", Sermons and Articles, Jerusalem 1972, page 203).
His son Rabbi Meir Perels (1811-1894) was Av-Beit-Din in Karaly and was an outstanding rabbi. He was a disciple of his father and of the "Chatam Sofer".

Probably, some of the notes on the first and last pages are also in his handwriting.
Inscription on title-page signed by Chanina Yichya Teitelbaum of Ohel, saying that the book belongs to Rabbi Rabbi Eliezer Lipman Hirshenshtein. On the leaf before the title-page, it says that book belonged to Rabbi Binyamin Rotte, gven to him by his father-in-law Rabbi Yechiel Michel Hirshenstein, Rabbi of ---dorf. [Hirshenstein was the name of a family of rabbis in Hungary, from among whom the most famous was Rabbi Yekutiel Hirshenstein, disciple of the Chatam Sofer].

On the page before the title, there is an ownership inscription from 1855, signed by Rabbi Shimon Weiner. On leaf 141, there is a long gloss, on which his name is signed – Shimon Weiner.
Rabbi Shimon Weiner (1769-1871) was one of the early disciples of the Chatam Sofer and Rabbi Mordechai Bennet. Rabbi of St. Grud and Lashbrin. His sons also learned under the Chatam Sofer and K'tav Sofer. – See about him in the Chatam Sofer and His Disciples, pg. 153-154.

Rebbe Nosson Dovid Rabinowitz, the first Rebbe of Shidlovtza (1814, 1866, Encyclopedia of Chasidut 3, pages 501-503) was the son of Rabbi Yerachiel of Pshischa, son of the Yehudi Hakadosh of Pshischa. He was the progenitor of the Chasidic dynasties of Shidlovtza, Biala and Munkach.
