A matzah cover, printed on a background pattern designed as a square matzah. A printed Hebrew inscription on the right reads: "Ko Amar Koresh Balfour…" ["Thus said Cyrus Balfour…"], continued on the bottom "Ashrei Ayin Ra'ata Kol Ele" ["Joyful is the Eye that Saw all This", based on the verse quoting the proclamation of Cyrus in the Book of Ezra, chapter 1].
The main ornamentation is a circle. On its margins a printed Hebrew inscription reads: "Ma Nishtana… LeShana Haba'ah BeYerushalayim Habenuya" ["What has changed?... next year in Jerusalem rebuilt", quote from the Passover Haggadah]. Within it are six medallions with depictions of various locations in Palestine, titled in Hebrew: Western Wall, Hebrew University, Dead Sea, Port of Haifa, "Matzah Factory in Eretz Israel". Next to the illustration of the matzah factory is a Hebrew inscription reading: "VeKol HaMarbeh…Harei ze Meshubach" ["And all who consume produce of Eretz Israel, may they be praised"]. In the center is a figure of a pioneer with a camel. On the bottom are four silhouettes of pioneers dancing next to tents (after Gur-Arie) with the Hebrew inscription: "Im Lo Achshav Eimatai!!!" [If not Now, When?!!!].

It is Good to Die for Our Country" [according to legend, his last words]; portrait of Theodor Herzl with the Hebrew inscription, "If you Will it - It is no Dream"; Portrait of Haim Arlozorov (without inscription).

The catalogue of the exhibition "Schatz's Bezalel" (1982) notes that most of the fabric works were made in the workshop of Michael Filmus (1892-1965), who worked at Bezalel in 1911-1916, founded the "Tamar" workshop for batik (etching) on metal, and engaged in printing on fabric.
Size varies, approx. 17X29 cm to 40X50 cm. Each print is framed. Unexamined out of frame.

A brass box with a depiction of the first fruits offering procession (bikurim), created at "Bezalel". Jerusalem, [1910s].
Hammered and etched brass. Marked in Hebrew: "Bezalel Yerushalem".
On the lid, within a frame depicting the Seven Species of the Land of Israel, is a depiction of a procession offering the first fruits (bikurim), with the verse "Kumu VeNa'ale Zion el Hashem Eloheinu" ["Let us go up to Zion to the Lord our God; Jeremiah 31:5]. The image of the procession - men, women and children marching with musical instruments and animals - is designed using a delicate combination of low relief on an etched background. The side panels are decorated with a geometric and a vegetal pattern (the Seven Species). On the front panel, a Hebrew inscription reading "Hava'at Bikurim Bezalel Yerushalem" ["First fruits offering, Bezalel Jerusalem"] appears within a round frame.
Height: 4.5 cm, width 18 cm, depth: 10 cm. Good condition. Slight defects.
