The book Noda BiYehuda – Mahadura Kama was published in the author's lifetime in 1776-1777. This book, Noda BiYehuda – Mahadura Tinyana, was published in 1811, after the author's passing (in 1793). The book was arranged and brought to print by the author's son R. Shmuel Rabbi of Prague, and includes dozens of his responsa and glosses, as well as several responsa from the author's eldest son R. Yaakov'ke.

First edition, edited and printed based on manuscripts. This book is the source of many renowned segulot, for remembering Torah study, a protective amulet for a woman giving birth, etc. Just having this book in the house is a reputed segulah for protection from harm and fire. Some say that it is a segulah for the childless and for women experiencing difficult labor.

The book includes four works by the Ramchal, printed here for the first time: Derech Chochmah – on the purpose of life, the way of attaining it and the correct course of study (presented as a dialogue between a teacher and his disciple); Maamar al HaHaggadot – the correct approach to aggadic literature; Maamar HaIkarim – explanation of general topics: Torah and mitzvot, prophecy and providence, reward and punishment, and more; Maamar HaChochmah – explanation of Rosh Hashanah prayers, Passover seder, reincarnation and kabbalistic principles.
