Ten wooden clothing hangers bearing the names of the stores and owners in German and Polish. Among the cities are: Krakow, Danzig, Blawaty, Glogow and Brent. Some of the names that appear on the hangers are: August Elias, J. Rosenbaum, M. Abraham and Louis Israelski.

A walking stick - handle in the shape of a Jewish head with a Kippah. [Germany or France, turn of the 19th/20th cent.].
Silver (marked); wood.
The handle, made of silver, is designed in the shape of a Jew's head, wearing a Kippah, with side curls and a beard. The head is bald. Fine vegetal decorations are carved on the stick. The stick becomes narrower towards its tip.
Length: 86 cm. Very good condition, corrosion on the figure. Wear scratches on the lower part.

On the lid of the box appear figures of three Jewish merchants, depicted in a ludicrous way.
Length: 6.5 cm, width: 10.5 cm, height: 2.5 cm. Good condition
Such a box is in the collections of the Jewish Museum of London.

Military ring. Tripoli, 1943.
Silver (marked).
The ring has a rectangular face engraved with a Star of David and the initials "JK". The rest of the band is engraved with the date: 24/1/43 (day after the 8th Army occupied Tripoli), a tree and an architectural structure.The back of the band is inscribed: "VIII Armi". On the left side of the Star of David the word "Tripoli" is engraved, and underneath it a stylized tree.
In the course of WWII, the Eighth corps of the British army, in cooperation with soldiers of the Jewish Brigade served in North Africa. It is possible that the ring belonged to a Jewish soldier.

The box has a button for opening and closing. On the front side is engraved a horsed soldier wearing a uniform; plains are seen in the sky. On the reverse side a dedication inscription in Yiddish: "To my dear friend Fishel, from your loved one, Tsile".

A Russian samovar made of steel (manufacturer's mark; proof marks). Russia, [early 20th cent.]. Dedication from 1910.
The samovar served the "Bikur Cholim" hospital staff when the hospital was located in the old city of Jerusalem.
Engraved on the samovar: "Bikur Cholim Hospital Jerusalem (Hebrew) / The General Bicur-Cholim-Hospital" as well as a personal dedication:"remembrance of our visit to Jerusalem, Yehoshua Zelig and Malka Persitz, Tishrei, 1910".
Yehuishua Zelig Persitz was a wealthy merchant in Moscow; he and his family were famous philanthropists who supported numerous Yeshivot in Russia.
Height: 90 cm; diameter: 40 cm. Fair-good condition. Minor damages, corrosion and indentations; several parts are missing (from the lid and spout).

Silver pocket watch with impressive engraved decorations. Quality Swiss or German movement. Circa 1860-1880.
White enamel dial with Hebrew numerals and subsidiary seconds. Heraldic logo on the dial depicts a crowned shield supported by two crowned lions, standing on a banner bearing the words "Shlom" and "Zion" in Hebrew. Rear cover decorated with a repoussé image of Moses holding the Tablets of the Law, above which is inscribed "Next Year in Jerusalem." Watch body decorated with stylized scrolled and foliage elements and owl faces on the winder stem. Movement engraved with the letters SR SF (possibly the maker's mark?).
Diameter: 5.5 cm. Height (including suspension loop): 7 cm. Good condition. It seems the watch is in operating order. Minor cracks to the dial, without losses.

Hammond Multiplex, Model 26 typewriter. A bi-lingual keyboard with Hebrew and Latin keys.
The Hammond "Multimplex" Model, was the first model which enabled interchanging languages according to the customer's choice. The company offered the possibility of typing in hundreds of languages, amongst them in Hebrew. Two Hebrew typewriters were ordered by the Sassoon family. One of the two is presented here.
The typewriter is attached to a wooden board, with a black case. Base: 37X35 cm. Height: 20 cm. The typewriter is in good order and in good mechanical condition. Minor rust spots.

Eleven high quality porcelain plates, made in honor of the wedding of Flora Avraham and Solomon David Sassoon. Vienna, 1876.
High quality porcelain plates, decorated with gold, pink, purple and green (two different patterns: seven bear one pattern and four the other). Every plate is signed on its verso with the manufacturer's mark and the artist's signature. "Wahliss Wien" [Ernst Wahliss] and" Made in Austria."
In the center of each plate: the monogram "FSS"– The initial letters of "Flora", "Solomon" and "Sassoon". Over the monogram is a bird with a branch in its beak.
Solomon David Sassoon (1841-1894) and Flora nee Avraham (1859-1936), were married in 1876, when Flora was still a young woman. After her husbands' death in 1894, Flora managed for several years the family owned textile business, in Bombay. In 1901 she moved to England.
