Essay by the Frank-Ruehl and Miriam Hebrew fonts designer, including Dr. Jacques Adler's work "Die Renaissance des Hebräischen" [The Revival of the Hebrew Language]. Many samples of Hebrew letters. Numbered copy out of a 500-copy numbered edition.
Stains and erasing with white correction fluid. Blemishes to binding.
2. Wooden Fonts (Hebrew), Zvi Bergman. Tel Aviv: "Hedpes" Press, [1938].
Catalog of fonts offered at Zvi Bergman's factory for wooden fonts, inscribed by Bergman.
The body of the catalog is in good condition. The cover is detached and torn (dry and brittle paper).

A black and orange printed leaflet, announcing the creation of the "Hadassah" font by Henry Friedlander.

Comprehensive catalog of prints, some from Rubens's collection and some from others, documenting five hundred years of Jewish history. Expanded edition, including both the 1954 edition and "Anglo-Jewish Portraits," published in 1935.
Bibliophile edition. Copy No. 192 from a series of 260 numbered copies, all signed by Alfred Rubens on the title page. Bound in green goatskin, gilt, in a matching clamshell box. Gilt upper edges. Accompanied by a supplementary volume, 1982, also signed by Rubens on the title page.
Alfred Rubens (1903-1998), collector and historian, served as director of the Jewish Museum London in the years 1958-83.

26 color illustrated plates by Ze'ev Raban, each mounted on the right side of each spread (printed from left to right). The text of the Song of Songs appears on the margins of the illustrations. The German translation is printed on the left side of each spread.
With an advertising booklet of the "Shir HaShirim" publishing house, with an illustration of the Garden of Eden by Ze'ev Raban on the front cover, commentaries on each of the twenty-six illustrations of the book and two cuttable vouchers for ordering copies (with the address of the publishing house in Jerusalem and a place to mount the stamp). German.
Inscribed by "A. Haft, 25.11.1933" (Avraham Haft?) on second page.

Twenty-four color lithographs for the Book of Genesis, from The Flood to Sodom and Gomorrah. The corresponding verse to each lithograph printed German on the preceding tissue guards. The title page is signed by the artist (in pencil).
[34] ff., [24] plates + [24] tissue guards, 36 cm. Fair condition. Many stains, mostly not affecting the lithographs. Open tear to tissue guard preceding the title page. Front endpaper detached. Repairs with thick tape to inside covers. Spine and corners reinforced with thick tape. Stains and blemishes to binding.
