Leaf printed on both sides, letters denying the "blasphemies" published in contemporary newspapers against rabbis and officials of the Perushim Kollels in Jerusalem.

• On one side: Modaah Ne'emanah MiKiryah Ne'emanah – letter of the Sephardic rabbis in Jerusalem declaring that the smears have no basis in fact and affirming their peaceful ties with the Ashkenazi community. The notice is signed (in print) by Rishon LeTzion R. Avraham Ashkenazi, and the dayanim: R. Yaakov Shaul Elyashar, R. Yosef Yehoshua Karo, R. Aharon Azriel and R. Refael Meir Panigel. Jerusalem: [R. Yoel Moshe Salomon], 12th Tevet [January] 1874.
• On the other side: Letter of R. Avraham Shag objecting to the blasphemies leveled at the leading rabbis of the generation, and affirming their faithfulness in distributing charity. Jerusalem: [R. Yoel Moshe Salomon], [17th] Tevet 1874.
