Signed by witnesses: Rabbi "Zelig reuven…Bengis" and Rabbi Shimshon Ya'akov Lifshitz.
The Ga'on Rabbi Zelig reuven Bengis (1867-1953, Otzar Ha-Rabanim 5778) foremost rabbi in his generation, disciple of Volozhin Yehivah and his rabbi Ha-Natziv of Volozhin named him a Living Talmud. Rabbi of Bodki, Smolensk and Kalvarie. Moved to Eretz Yisrael in 1938 and served as chief rabbi of the Eda Ha-Charedit in Jerusalem. His book: "Leplagot reuven".
