Handwritten, (Rashi script), of Meknes (Morocco), 1860.
Version of writing according to custom of Jews of Morocco, with titles and poetic phrases and many acronyms, and mentions of the "honor of the ketubah" of the groom and bride.
One of the signed witnesses is Rabbi "Chaviv Toledano" – probably Rabbi Chaviv Toledano the third, born in 1799 in Meknes, author of: "Pesach Haggadah "Peh Yesharim" (Livorno 1837) "Terumat Ha-Kodesh" (Livorno 1860) and other books that have not been printed. He also composed various Piutim for holidays which were printed in Machzorim according to Moroccan custom.
Leaf 40 cm. The ketubah was written on the upper half of the leaf. Fair-poor condition, the ketubah was torn into two parts at the folds (akmost no text missing)
