The manuscript contains: Tehillim Chapter 22, 121, 20, verses of 119 according to the letters of the name "Moshe ben Rachel". Prayer requesting G-d's assistance for repentance. Verses of Tehillim 119 according to the letters of the name "Perel Nesel bat Esther", and "Shmuel ben Esther". Prayer requesting the G-d grant him children who should live a long life without sin. Prayer for Erev Yom Kippur [similar to the version of Tefillah Zaka], and another prayer requesting that the prayers should be accepted.
