Ketzot HaChoshen is a classic work of scholarly Torah study, and for over two hundred years, has been considered the key guide for yeshiva in-depth Torah study throughout the world.
Copy of R. Aharon Moshe Taubes (1787-1852), author of Karnei Re'em and Toafot Re'em, rabbi of Snyatyn and Yas (Iași). He was a prominent, leading Torah scholar in his times in Galicia and Romania, and exchanged halachic correspondence with R. Mordechai Banet and the Chatam Sofer.
The book contains over twenty scholarly glosses (most lengthy) in his handwriting. The glosses were published in Kerem Shlomo, year 16, New York 1993, pp. 14-17.
