Oriental script. Colorful flower illustrations pasted to the upper part of the ketubah.
Groom's signature at the foot of the ketubah, in the center, flanked by the signatures of the two witnesses: R. Yosef Arouas, Sephardic rabbi of Jaffa (calligraphic signature), author of Hod Yosef; and R. Yosef Ben Simchon, educator and rabbi in Jaffa.
54 cm. Fair condition. Stains. Folding marks. Tears along folds, slightly affecting text, professionally restored. Flower illustrations peeling and damaged.
