A letter handwritten and signed by Alfred Dreyfus. France (sent to Austria), 11 September, 1913. French.
A short letter from Dreyfus, written in reply to a letter he received: "Your first letter reached me during my trip and the second letter arrived today. In reply to your request, and diverting from my habit, I'm responding with several lines". Enclosed is the original envelope with name and address of the receiver - Alfred de Lindheim in Lilienfeld, Austria. It is possible that the addressee served as a representative of the "Imperial and Royal Society of Vienna". Leaf ,14 cm (folded into two). Good condition. Folding marks. Minor stains and damages to envelope. Ownership ink stamp on the envelope.
