Three non-traditional haggadot that were used for Passover seders on Kibbutz Sdot Yam during the 1940s.
The haggadot contain excerpts from the traditional haggadah alongside quotations from poems, prose, and texts for reading aloud.
1. Passover haggadah. Sdot Yam Caesarea, [1942?].
[18] leaves., 21 cm. Fair-good condition. Stains. Edits and corrections in the body of the text. Minor tears and open tears at the edges. Tears, damage, and stains on the cover. Traces of notes written in pen on the cover.
2. Passover haggadah, Sdot Yam Caesarea. Tel Aviv: HaMetargem, (1946).
20 pp., 21 cm. Good-fair condition. Many stains. Minor tears at the edges of some of the pages. Stains and tears on the cover. Open tear on the back cover. Two notes written in pen on the cover.
3. Passover haggadah, Sdot Yam-Caesarea, (1949).
[13] pp., 21 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains on the haggadah's pages and the cover. Tears and open tears on the cover, some repaired with tape.
