פז, צ-קלא, [1] דף. חסרים דפים פח-פט. 12.5 ס"מ. נייר מעט ירקרק. מצב כללי טוב. כתמים. בלאי קל. הדבקת נייר בשוליים הפנימיים של דף השער (על גבול הטקסט). כריכת עור מקורית, עם בלאי ופגמים.
