This booklet is documented in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book (listing 000161103). However, based on the given title and number of leaves, the record appears to have been made based on the abbreviated second title page, without the complete Hebrew title page, which appears in the present volume. In addition, the Bibliography of the Hebrew book records only 36 pages, while the present copy has 38. The copy appearing in the NLI also lacks these two leaves.
