,דף בכתב יד, איור מצבה עם נוסח כתובת-הזכרון החקוקה על המצבה, לזכר שמחה קמפניאנו (קמפניינו), שנפטרה בשנת תקצ"ב בגיל 21 שנים (בחודש השישי, בשישה לחודש, ביום שבת קדש). איטליה (פירנצה?), תקצ"ב [1832].
כתובת הזכרון מופיעה באותיות מרובעות מנוקדות: "ש"ק תפרתי עלי לבי, הנה היא העלמה שמחה קמפניאנו היושבת בקרבי... לשוא הרבת רפואות, לשוא מזל טוב קראוה, כי מוקשי מות קדמוה, ויתמו ימיה ללכת אל עמיה, בשנת הי"ו צריה לנעוריה...".
הדף שלפנינו שימש, כפי הנראה, כדוגמה עבור הסתת אשר יצר את המצבה. בחלקו התחתון משורטט סרגל קנה מידה לשימושו של בונה המצבה ולצדו ההערהBraccia due fiorentine (קנה מידה פלורנטיני).
בספריה הלאומית שמור כתב יד ובו שירים לאירועים שונים מאת משה בן מנחם חנניה עזיאל מפירנצה, ובו שיר לכבוד חתונתם של יוסף בן שמואל אורבינו ושמחה בת אדם קמפניאנו.

בשטר מובטח לקונה, רבי פינחס זיסעלמאן, מקום אחד בקניין גמור ולצמיתות, תמורת המחיר ששילם והשתתפותו בעתיד בכל הוצאות בית הכנסת. יחד עם רבי יוסף צבי הלוי חתומים על המכתב גבאי בית הכנסת, ביניהם משה גרינבערג, יעקב מרדכי בן שמעון, ועוד.

,כרוז (דף בודד), "היהדות החרדית בארץ ישראל ובכל העולם כולו שמחה על שנאבד שונאו של הקב"ה, הכופר --- ימשו"ז, באבוד רשעים רנה, עוד ישמע בערי יהודה ובחוצות ירושלים קול ששון וקול שמחה". ללא ציון שם מדפיס או מקום הדפסה, [ישראל, שנות התש"ל-תש"מ בקירוב].
בראש הכרוז מופיעים ציטוטים מהרמב"ם (הלכות תשובה), על אלה שאין להם חלק לעולם הבא, ומשולחן ערוך (יורה דעה), על הפורשים מדרכי ציבור ופרקו מעליהם עול המצוות, שאין מתאבלים עליהם, וקרוביהם לובשים לבנים ואוכלים ושותים ושמחים.
בין המלים "הכופר" ו"ימשו"ז" (ימח שמו וזכרו) נותר מקום ריק לכתיבת שם, ונראה כי לאורך השנים נעשה שימוש במודעה זו בכמה הזדמנויות: בארכיון הציוני שמור עותק בו מופיע שמו של דוד בן-גוריון (נפטר בכסלו תשל"ד 1973); בעותק אחר מופיע שמו של הארכיאולוג יגאל שילה (מנהל החפירות בעיר דוד; מתועד בעיתון "דבר" מיום 27.11.1987). מודעה עם נוסח זהה פורסמה גם לאחר פטירתו של אריאל שרון (תשע"ד) ולאחר פטירתו של חבר הכנסת והשר יצחק (איצ'ה) מאיר לוין בשנת תשל"א.
נדפס בדיו אדומה.

,דף מודפס מאוייר, "עטרת זקנים בני בנים ותפארת בנים אבותם", אילן יוחסין מעוטר בצורת ענפים עלים ופרחים, של משפחת הקדוש רבי ישראל מרוז'ינוי, אבי משפחות זקהיים וגינצבורג. [אירופה], תרמ"ח [1888].
אילן יוחסין מאוייר בצורת ענפים ועלים, מוקף במסגרת צמחים ופרחים. בחלקו התחתון של הדף הכיתוב: "עטרת זקנים בני בנים ותפארת בנים אבותם"; "ליבעי רחמים איתכליא על עליא". ובמרכז אותה השורה, ממנה יוצא האילן: "הרב הקדוש מו"ה ישראל בה"ר שלום מראזינאי, קדש את"ה ביום ב' דראש השנה, שנת שלמים לפ"ק [ת"כ 1660]".
לשושלת רבי ישראל מרוז'ינוי מתייחסות משפחות רבות וחשובות, ביניהן משפחות זקהיים, גינצבורג, היילפרין, קצנלנבוגן, רפפורט, ועוד.
הקדוש רבי ישראל מרוז'ינוי (אוצר הרבנים 11920, נפטר בשנת ת"כ), מסר נפשו על קידוש השם, בעקבות עלילת דם. בניו הם רבי שלום מבירז, חתן הגאון רבי זלמן משולם ניימארק מהמבורג, ורבי מנחם נחום מפלאצק.
הדף צויר בידי יצחק ברודנא, בשנת תרמ"ח (נכתב בצמוד לכיתוב בחלקו התחתון של הדף).
53x42.5 ס"מ. מצב בינוני. כתמים. קרעים ופגמים במקומות שונים, בהם קרעים חסרים בשולי הדף, עם פגיעות בצדי האיורים. הדף הודבק על נייר עבה לחיזוק.
