Accompanied by explanatory leaves. Bound at the beginning of the first and third parts are four additional engraved plates: two engraved title pages and two engraved dedication plates.
[1], 280, 12, 158 pp + [216] engraved plates. Missing two leaves: the title page of the second part and a list of the illustrations at its end. Approx. 42.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Minor blemishes. Tears along edges, some of them reinforced with tape. New binding, slightly worn.
