The manuscript is incomplete and contains sections and drafts of the two works of Re'em HaCohen printed on this topic, Kuntress Agunot (Cairo 1924) and Sefer Teruchin (printed in Yad Re'em, Tel Aviv 1960).
Rabbi Aharon Mendel HaCohen (1866-1927), a Torah genius and author, was the Ashkenazi rabbi of Cairo for 30 years. He renewed the semicha. See Item 581.
