Western Wall and the Holy Sites - printed micrography, by Eliyahu Mordechai Schor (after Shmuel Shulmann). [Jerusalem, late 19th century].
Illustrations of the Temple Mount, Western Wall, Mount of Olives and some other holy sites. Text: from Psalms, Book of Lamentations, Book of Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel. "By the [young] Eliyahu Mordechai Schor of Jerusalem" (Hebrew). Titles on the lower part are printed in Yiddish, English, Hebrew and German.
This micrography is slightly different from the one created by Schulman and is not documented in literature concerning illustrations of the Holy Sites.
Approx. 47X56 cm. Fair condition. Tears, creases and stains, folding marks, damage to text. Framed. Unexamined out of frame.
