1. Pair of Torah finials. [Jerusalem, early 20th century].
Silver, filigree.
Beautiful filigree Torah finials. Upper part is shaped like a crown and the central part is hexagonal. From each finial six bells are suspended in windows with a double arch and a line of rings for six additional bells (missing). A decoration shaped as a Star of David with the word "Zion" appears on top of the finials. Slight differences in the design of the crowns' base. Height: 24 cm. Good-fair condition. Slight breaks and bends mainly to decorations of crowns. Missing bells.
2. Pair of Torah finials. [Jerusalem, early 20th century].
Pierced silver, engraved and bent, partly gilt.
Finials, in a North-African style. Upper part is shaped as a cone and central part is hexagonal. From each finial six bells are suspended from sawn windows and six additional bells are suspended in the base of the panels. Vegetal decorations are pierced in the body of the finials. Finials are topped with a decoration shaped as a Star of David with the word "Zion" within it. A dedication is engraved on one of the handles: "Rachel Bat Sarah" (Hebrew). Height: 30 cm. Good condition. Some damages. Two bells are missing.
