Two letters handwritten and signed by R. Shmuel HaLevi Wosner, the Shevet Levi, regarding the stringencies and excellent kashrut practices employed by the Shechitah departments in Bnei Brak, under the supervision of R. Moshe Yehuda Leib Landau Rabbi of Bnei Brak. Bnei Brak, Sivan-Tammuz 1986.
The letters were sent to R. Landau, following R. Wosner's visits to the abattoirs under R. Landau's supervision. These visits were initiated in response to R. Landau's opponents, who questioned the validity of the shechitah under his supervision. In his letters, R. Wosner expresses his high regard for R. Landau and for the shechitah under his supervision, asserting that every aspect of the process, both in the livestock and in the poultry abattoirs, conforms with the highest standards of kashrut.
