Babylonian Talmud, Tractates Sanhedrin, Shvu'ot, Makkot, Horayot, Avoth, and minor tractates. With glosses of the Vilna Ga'on. Vienna, 1810.
On the title-page and before it, there are various signatures and ownership inscriptions: Rabbi Shlomo ben Rabbi David Kvetch (1811), Rabbi Feish Frishoyer (in Hebrew and German), inscriptions and signatures in German. On leaf 4, there is a handwritten gloss in the margin.
Rabbi Shlomo Kvetch (d. 1856, Otzar Harabbanim 1602) was one of the leading Rabbi sof his generation. Rabbi of Leopnik and Likolsburg. Author of Chochmat Shlomo. He copied and published the writings of his master, Rabbi Mordechai Bennet. (There is a eulogy for him in "Divrei Maharya" by Rabbi Yehuda Assad.)
Rabbi Feish Frishoyer was a rabbi in Brin (there is a response written to him from 1852, in Pekudat Eliezer chapter 84).
