Upper segment of handle flat, tapering toward middle. Surmounted by suspension ring. Middle segment of handle square-shaped; lower segment spiraled. Clenched hand with long, extended index finger, gently flexed. Cuffed wrist. Hebrew dedicatory inscription: "Ya'akov son of Shalom Mikhela shvili, Sarah wife of R. Ya'akov and his son Bekhor (?) Hayyim Ya'akov, […] Year 5650 [1890]".
