Ink stamp and brief glosses by the famous Jerusalem Maggid Rabbi “Neta Zvi Weiss – native of Jerusalem” [1873-1918, of the disciples of the Maharil Diskin, among the only ones who eulogized him, Halachic remarks in his name were brought up in the “Lu’ach Le-Eretz Israel” of the Grim Tokatzinski].
