Three very large silver cuff spiked bracelets. North Africa or Egypt, [first half of 20th century].
Silver, engraved; chased; silver rivets.
1. In form of diagonally cut cylinder, with two square, projecting bars, fastened with rivets, and with vegetal patterns and star-and-crescent symbols. Marked thirteen times with marks from Kabylia, Algeria, and Egypt. 10.5X7.5 cm.
2. In form of diagonally cut cylinder, with two square projecting bars, fastened with rivets. Featuring vegetal patterns, and sun-and-crescent symbol with flower. Marked nine times with Egyptian marks and other unidentified marks (possibly North African). 9.5X7.5 cm.
3. Cylindrical, with five cylindrical knobs. Featuring vegetal patterns, and with images of fish and birds. Marked eight times, with marks probably from Tunisia. 7X5 cm.
