Three leaves of Torah and Chassidic thought, in the handwriting of the first Rebbe of Slonim, Rabbi Avraham Weinberg. One is dated 5641. Another one is dated 5634 [printed in the book "Torat Avot", Shlach portion].
Rabbi Avraham Weinberg (1804-1884), disciple of Rebbe Noach of Lachovitz and Rebbe Moshe of Kobrin. After the death of Rebbe Moshe of Kobrin in 1858, most of the Lachovitz-Kobrin Chassidim thronged after the leadership of his most outstanding follower, Rabbi Avraham Weinberg, who established his court in the city of Slonim. He wrote "Yesod Ha'Avodah", "Be'er Avraham", "Chesed L'Avraham "etc.
