The letter concerns the wording of one paragraph of the Executive Board Meeting protocol, in view of difference of opinion between Herzl and Dr. Jacob Bernstein-Kogan. Bernstein-Kogan (1859-1929) was a member of the Va'ad HaPo'el HaGadol and head of "Lishkat HaDo'ar" of the Zionist Movement. In 1901, considering criticism about him among the Zionist Movement, and after Herzl tried several times to dismiss him from his position, he resigned from "Lishkat HaDo'ar". Leaf, 27.5 cm.
