Many glosses in oriental handwriting [1700's?]. Numerous matters are mentioned in the glosses by: Maharimat responsum (printed 1642-1645), Radbaz responsum (printed 1652) and Maharin Lev responsum (printed 1573).
On first leaf (chapter 1) ownership signature "David Yitzchaki", maybe "…The Posek David Yitzchak" of the sages of Eretz Yisrael in the 17th century [father of Rabbi Avaham Ytzchaki?]. Born in Arta (Greece) and moved to Eretz Yisrael. Emissary of Safed to Salonika. Mentioned in Beit Shlomo (Hasson) book of responsum chapter 47. See A. Ya'ari, Emissaries of Eretz Yisrael, page 411].
