The husband Itzek ben rav Piness from Offenbach. His brother Tebli is obliged to perform chalitza for wife Zippor, daughter of Itzek Degagrerweiler. Winesses: Avraham son of Moshe of Offenbach and Avraham son of Moshe Yehuda.
A collateral given by brother of the groom as an obligation to keep the Mitzvat Halitza should the bride be widowed with no sons. Obligation contains condition of financial debt in case the brother will refuse to perform Halitza in which case the wife will become Agunah and unable to remarry. The version of this Shtar Halitza is based on Sefer Nahlat Shiva'a chapter 22.
Double leaf, 32 cm. Very good condition, folding creases and stains.
