The book begins with philosophical questions addressed by R. Shaul HaKohen of Candia (disciple of R. Eliyahu Delmedigo) to Don Yitzchak Abarbanel, with the latter's answers, including his commentaries to Moreh Nevuchim by the Rambam. The book also includes commentaries to Moreh Nevuchim by R. Moshe son of Yehuda Nagari, commentary to the 25 propositions at the beginning of Part II of Moreh Nevuchim, by Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad al-Tabrisi (translated from Arabic by R. Yitzchak of Cordoba), and commentaries to Moreh Nevuchim by R. Yosef Gikatilla.
