Member of Beit Din and mechutan of Rabbi Yitzchak Tayeb author of “Aruch HaShulchan”. Composed many books, including: Limudei HaShem, Alfei Yehuda, Shvut Yehuda, Simchat Yehuda, Chagei Yehuda and Ohalei Yehuda. Corresponded with the Chida who refers to him as “the perfect tremendous scholar Rabbi Yehuda Najar…”.
