Proposal to build a pier in Tel Aviv, by the sub-committee for the building of the pier – Mrs. Yitzchak Rokach' M. Arisson, Bar-Kochba Meirovitz and M. Riklis. Tel Aviv, early 1930's.
The proposal is addressed to Z. Hofien, head of the Tel Aviv committee for port and transportation. "The recent events in Jaffa prove once more the necessity for the Jewish settlement in Tel Aviv and its surroundings to have a direct access to the sea and not depend on the Jaffa port…".
