Rabbi Natan Miller (1828-1891, the Chatas and his Disciples, page 260), disciple of the "Ktav Sofer" and of Rabbi Yehudah Assad, Rebbe of Setchin and other communities in Hungary. His responses were published in Avnei Choshen Responsum book.
