Milk as Food for the People (Hebrew), edited by the health house of Hadassah in Jerusalem. Published by the nutrition committee of the institute for economic research. Tel Aviv: HaPoel HaTzair Press, [1937].
A booklet detailing the health advantages of drinking milk and the need to increase its consumption: "In order to reach the level of the cultured, the Hebrew Yishuv needs to increase its usage of milk at least twice".
The booklet contains 27 recipes which use milk products: soups and porridges, first and main courses, desserts, beverages, and more.
The complete text is vowelized and accompanied by pictures and illustrations. The front cover is illustrated as well.
