Matzah basket. [Poland, late 19th century]. Cardboard and cloth, covered with red cotton-threads embroidery. Embroidered on the side is the inscription “Seven days thou shall eat Matzah”, with a Star of David. Two handles on both sides. Height: 8.5 cm, diameter: 35.5 cm. Fair condition. Unraveled lining.
