A leaflet with three memorial prayers in Hebrew – for the mother, for the father, and a general prayer for grandparents, siblings and other relatives – and a memorial prayer in German for the parents, with a blank space for filling-in the parent's name. One quarter of the leaflet is designed as a tear-off postcard, with blank lines for filling-in the sum of donation to the JNF and the donator's details.
Printed on verso: "Through the donation to the Jewish National Fund you are fulfilling your holy duty towards the Jewish people. On the lands that have been redeemed by the Jewish National Fund, which will forever remain the guarded property of the Jewish people, tens of thousands of our brothers and sisters have begun new and happy lives!" (German).
