Manuscript - Discorso Per il Giorno d' Espiazione (Sermons for Yom Kippur), by Rabbi Ya'akov Chai Pardo. Great Beit Din of Verona October 1837. Italian (with verses in Hebrew).
Rabbi Ya'akov Chai Pardo (born in 1822), son of Rabbi Shmuel Pardo Dayan in Verona, favorite disciple of Shmuel David Luzzatto in the Beit Midrash for Rabbis in Padua. Passed away at the young age of twenty and many eulogized him. Composed sermons and commentary on Sefer Micha which was printed by Shmuel David Luzzatto in the book Avnei Zikaron (Prague, 1841).
