Letter from Rabbi Yonah Aryeh [Leichter], to Rabbi Yitzchak Av Bet Din of Mór. Czecze (Hungary), 1841.

Rabbi Yonah Aryeh, Av Bet Din of Czecze from 1811, son of Rabbi Moshe Leichter, Av Bet Din of Abony. Responsum addressed to him in "Responsa of Chatham Sofer", Yoreh De'ah chap. 53. (Additional information in the book "Ishim Bitshuvot Chatham Sofer", p. 159).
The letter was addressed to Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Sternfeld, Av Bet Din Mór from 1830. Served as Rabbi in various places in Hungary and was a favorite with the Chatham Sofer who sent him some responsa, in which he confers on him titles of honor and affection. (See: "Ishim Bitshuvot Chatam Sofer", p. 209).
