A letter from Moses Montefiore to Jerusalemite rabbis, Rabbi Meir Auerbach, Rabbi Shmuel Salant and Rabbi Meir ben Asher Munikst. Written by a scribe, on official letterhead paper, and signed by Montefiore in Hebrew (square letters) and in English. Ramsgate (England), [1878].
A letter regarding funds which Montefiore received from "David L. Salomons" [presumably a member of the British Salomons family], instructing how they should be distributed among the Ashkenazi Kollelim in Jerusalem, Tiberias, Safed and Hebron.
