In his letter, the Rayatz responds that in this generation, teaching women Torah is allowed, especially recently: "When all educational matters are notoriously undisciplined, and young people read books of heresy; the poison of rejection of the Truth is increasingly spreading, it is a mitzva and duty to establish a pillar of fire to light up the dark".

The rebbe concludes the letter with blessings: "May G-d arouse our hearts, and the hearts of our brethren, sons and daughters of Israel… to serve him wholeheartedly, and fulfill the practical mitzvot with vitality and inner fervor, and study Torah with diligence, purity of heart and broadness of mind".
