Collection of manuscript leaves from a "binding genizah", including nine letters. [Salonika, early 18th century]. Ladino.
All the leaves were presumably taken from one genizah, and include nine letters and seven leaves with inscriptions of accounts, names of people and more.
Most letters (five) are addressed to the wealthy Moshe Abarbanel of Salonika (a leader of the community in those times). One of the letters was written by him.

[16] leaves. Approx. 30 cm. Various degrees of damage due to use in binding. Stains, open tears and worming to all leaves, affecting text.
