Athlit / Ain Haud, two colorlithographs after drawings by Charles William Meredith van de Velde (1818-1898). From the portfolio "Le Pays d'Israel Collections de Cent Vues Prises d'apres Nature dans La Syrie et la Palestine" (Paris, 1857).
1. Athlit (Castellum Peregrinorum des Croises), view of the Atlit Crusader castle (monastery).
Leaf: 39X55.5 cm. Good condition. Stains (most on the margins, surrounding the print). Creases and tears to margins (some reinforced with adhesive tape).
2. Ain-Haud (village au pied du Carmel), view of Ein Hod.
Leaf: 40X47 cm. Good condition. Stains. Minor damages to margins.
