Bibliophile edition. Copy No. 192 from a series of 260 numbered copies, all signed by Alfred Rubens on the title page. Bound in green goatskin, gilt, in a matching clamshell box. Gilt upper edges. Accompanied by a supplementary volume, 1982, also signed by Rubens on the title page.
Alfred Rubens (1903-1998), collector and historian, served as director of the Jewish Museum London in the years 1958-83.
