The illustration incorporates two Hebrew verses: "With a freewill offering I will sacrifice to thee" (Psalms 54:8), and "Every one helps his neighbor, and says to his brother, 'Take courage!'" (Isaiah 41:6). The lines where the member details are to be filled in are blank.
