Detailed in the booklet are the school's regulations, procedure of students' admittance ("whoever wants to be admitted to one of the departments has to present a doctor's certificate testifying that he is in good health and that he does not carry any contagious disease") and the curriculum of the different departments.
Yehudah Leib Matman (1869-1939) founded in 1905, together with his wife, in their home, the Hebrew Gymnasium, later "Gymnasia Herzliya".
