Title page and "introduction" [3 pages], on the importance of the society's activities and Torah study, handwritten and signed by Rabbi Yosef Ya'akov Rosenberg Av Beit Din of the city. Another introduction in his handwriting "to explain practical benefits of societies for study of our holy Torah and its mitzvoth…" [4 pages. lacking at the end].
