The Halachot Ketanot book contains the responsum of Ya'akov Chagiz. Venice 1704.
Bound with: Korban Chagiga, Sermons and Novellae by Rabbi Moshe Galanty. Venice 1704.
The title-page is signed by Rabbi Yoseph Nissim Burla and Rabbi Yuda Navon. Inside the book there are some notes and signatures of additional owners.
Rabbi Yoseph Nissim Burla (1818-1903), Av-Beit-Din in Jerusalem, wrote many books. He sometimes signed his name with initials only; here we have his full signature.
Rabbi Yehuda Navon seems to be the second Rabbi Yehuda (died 1845), a leading rabbi in Jerusalem, who served as Rishon Letzion during the last year of his life.
[4], 71, [9]; 55, [1] page, 25 cm. Good condition. Title-page slightly torn. Stains. Light moth holes with some damage to text. Varying amounts of fire damage at the bottom of the Korban Chagiga book and its binding, none of the text is missing.
