2. Volume Four. Venice, 1576. On the last leaf, there are words of conclusion by the proof reader Rabbi Chizkya of Fano, announcing the passing of the author Rabbi Yosef Karo (Spring 1575) and of the head of the printing project. (Fall 1576).
Vol. 2: [10], 219 leaves. Vol.4: (missing title page) [9], 297, [9] leaves. 30 cm. Fair condition, wear, stains and moth damage. Luxurious leather binding with bands and loops in a Yemenite craft style. Glosses and corrections. Various ownership signatures (“Moshe Castro”, and others).
